We are honored to have Mr. SURESH , a well known Toronto Personality in Financing & Business consultation as the CEO-Broker with 40 years of International,Business & Real Estate experience. Mr.Suresh , born in Delhi, India finished school in Delhi and went to London, England where he studied General Engineering and then 2 years full time Hotel Management from Southeast London Technical College,London,England.
However, that was not what he had in mind so he ventured into various businesses while living in India, London,England, New York and Toronto, Canada. He became a Mortgage Broker in 1990 and then he became a Real Estate Broker before getting into the Construction business where he finally settled to become a builder and developer, and built Luxury Custom Homes and then ventured into Commercial Construction Projects. This itself shows that he has an enormous knowledge of the Real Estate market , Land and Building Development & Construction. Mr.Suresh has large crew of people who he has hand picked to fit into the structured paradigm that he works by. He uses several architects so that he can offer a wider choice of different Commercial & Residential Projects to his clients.
His current projects are Banquet Hall & Media City project on Highway 10 & Highway 401,Mississauga,On ,Retail, Office,Medical building on Finch & Dufferin,Toronto,On ,Retail & Medical building on Steeles & Kennedy,Brampton,On.
His forth coming projects are 7 acre land with 200 room Hotel, and a Commercial Retail & Office complex of approximately 200,000 sq.ft.
Mr.Suresh has another corporation that handles all the Financial Investments into various projects.
Mr.Vikas Lala has been IT Manager with us since the last 5 years. He also has a background of International Business from Sheridan College, Oakville in which he graduated in 2003.
Mr. Vikas Lala is in charge of all our IT needs and also handles our Local and International projects. He looks after the marketing side of the business too.
Mr.Venkatesan heads our Mortgage team as a Mortgage Agent and handles the Residential and Commercial Mortgages.
